Irrigation Service Technician
Purpose: To assist our service department in providing world class customer service to the point where are customers are raving about us!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and repair all types of landscape irrigation systems including spring starting and winterization
- Troubleshooting problems – must be able to diagnose and remedy electrical and hydraulic problems
- Inventory – maintain proper vehicle inventory including all types of sprinkler heads, valves, backflow, fitting and other materials used
- Paper Work – maintain paper work daily including time tracking, materials used, and tasks completed.
- Company Vehicle – responsible for maintaining a clean and organized vehicle
- Customer Relations – represent the Company through good public relations and communication practices
- Tools and Equipment – responsible for maintaining all digging tools, hand tools, and electrical troubleshooting equipment required to do the job.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of all types of irrigation components
- Knowledge of irrigation design and installation practices
- Knowledge of controller programming and seasonal requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Valid and clean motor vehicle license
- Drug free and physically fit

Irrigation Technician Apprentice
We are currently seeking an Irrigation Technician Apprentice to join our team! You will be trained to perform tasks to service and repair lawn sprinkler systems. Eventually you will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
