Backflow Preventer Information

The State of Connecticut Department of Public Health requires that your backflow prevention device be tested annually.  This service requires special training (certification) and equipment.  It is billed out separately from any other irrigation service (it is non- taxable).  Fournier Irrigation presently has four individuals who are certified by New England Water Works Association and The State of Connecticut to test these devices.  For more information on cross connection, check out the following links:
